  • Complaints Related to Licensed Professionals

    Complaints inform the professional boards of potential problems with a licensee’s practice. Anyone can file a complaint. Under Ohio law, complaints are always confidential.

  • Report Medicaid Fraud

    Medicaid fraud includes, but is not limited to, billing for services not provided, charging Medicaid more than the reasonable value of the services and providing services that were medically unnecessary.
